3. Intimate Apparel & Hygiene

Due to the intimate nature of our products and our strict hygiene standards, lingerie, underwear, and other intimate apparel are not eligible for return or exchange after delivery for change of mind, incorrect size selection, color preference, or personal preference.

An intimate item delivered to a customer is never returned to Evola stock for resale to another customer.

Nothing in these Terms limits statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable rights concerning defective or incorrectly supplied goods.

4. Orders

Submitting an order does not necessarily constitute final acceptance by Evola.
