Will my order arrive discreetly?

Intimate products are shipped in secure, discreet external packaging. Where operationally available, the outside will not unnecessarily identify the intimate nature of the contents.

How can I track my order?

After dispatch, available tracking information is shared by email, SMS or through your customer account. Courier updates may take time to appear. If your shipment is significantly delayed, contact us with your order number so we can help investigate.

When will my order arrive?

Delivery estimates are shown at checkout or communicated with your order where available. They are estimates, not guarantees: timing can vary with product availability, destination, courier operations, customs and public holidays. Available shipping methods and charges are displayed at checkout.

Can I return or exchange intimate apparel?

Intimate apparel sales are final. For hygiene reasons, returns and exchanges are not accepted after delivery for change of mind, incorrect size selection, colour or personal preference. Please check the size guide, measurements and product details before ordering. This does not limit applicable rights for defective or incorrectly supplied goods.

What if my item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect?

Contact us promptly with your order number, the email address used for your order, and clear photos of the item and its packaging. For shipping damage, we may also request a photo of the shipping label. Verified claims are handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection requirements and may include a replacement, refund or another applicable remedy.
